Michael McCloskey

Michael McCloskey has over three decades of experience in real estate investment, development, and property operations.

Since beginning his investment activities in 1987, he has built and managed a diverse portfolio spanning office, industrial, retail, and residential assets.

He is responsible for project origination, development execution, construction oversight, and operational management across the firm's owned and affiliated properties. His focus is on delivering redevelopment initiatives efficiently while maintaining the firm's disciplined approach to ownership and long-term value creation.

Chris Kaempffer

Principal

Christopher Kaempffer has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate.

His background includes positions with national brokerage and investment firms. He is responsible for portfolio management, leasing, capital planning, entitlements, and investment execution across the firm's owned and affiliated properties, with a focus on maximizing long-term value through disciplined asset management, strategic development, and active ownership.

He has completed advanced studies in real estate finance and development at New York University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
