Michael McCloskey

Michael McCloskey began his real estate career in 1987 with the purchase of his first rental property in New Brunswick, NJ. Since then, he has shifted focus to office, warehouse, and retail properties. With extensive experience in project development, design, and construction, Michael oversees the management and construction of Everest Realty Group’s portfolio, driving its growth throughout central New Jersey.

He is a co-owner of Everest Realty Group LLC, KMK Realty Associates LLC, and K & M Development LLC.

Chris Kaempffer

Partner

Christopher Kaempffer has been active in real estate since 1993, gaining experience in property management, leasing, investment underwriting, and market analysis. He has held roles at Grubb & Ellis, W & M Properties, Standard & Poor’s, and The Greenwich Group International, specializing in commercial real estate underwriting and global investment sales.

Christopher now focuses on managing, leasing, and developing Everest’s properties. He is a licensed real estate broker and co-owner of Everest Realty Group LLC, KMK Realty Associates LLC, and K & M Development LLC.

Christopher holds a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University and has completed advanced real estate finance and development programs at NYU and MIT
