Everest Realty Group acquires, develops, redevelops, owns and operates office, warehouse and retail properties for its Principals. Our team works closely with banks, government officials, engineers, architects, legal professionals and contractors to obtain approvals for redevelopment of existing properties or development of raw land.
Our strategy is to create value and hold for the long-term income streams and property appreciation. However, when market conditions and opportunities warrant, we obtain approvals and necessary entitlements on raw land and sell to qualified buyers located through our brokerage team.
We selectively work with high net worth investors and/or team with other developers in various opportunistic real estate ventures. These projects vary from short-term positions to long-term development projects.
We are constantly analyzing potential opportunities in the market which we believe will provide superior rates of return and limited downside risk. Our investors and partners are provided full access to our development experience and capabilities, our in-house brokerage, construction and management services. We provide a menu of services that range from project selection, financing through our various financial institution relationships, obtaining entitlements and approvals, brokerage services and construction.
Everest Realty Group, through its management company KMK Realty Associates, LLC. provides all aspects of property management for commercial properties typically owned or developed by affiliated partnerships. Everest currently manages over 500,000 square feet of industrial, office, retail and medical properties throughout central New Jersey.

Tenants receive swift service, turn-key leasing and superior pre-built, built-to-suit, and raw space ready for build-out. Through our construction services we complete new projects, redevelop sites, design and obtain approvals, perform infrastructure construction, tenant installations, site work and capital improvements for existing properties and new ventures.
